FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We're proud to serve Madison, Oregon, Fitchburg, Stoughton, Monona, Verona, Middleton, and the surrounding Dane County communities with reliable mulch delivery right to your door.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?
We calculate your delivery charge based on your zip code, so you'll know exactly what to expect before you order.
WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We're happy to work with you to find a delivery date and time that works best for your schedule! Just let us know where you'd like your mulch delivered. Each order covers delivery to one location only. If you need mulch delivered to multiple locations, you'll need to place a separate order for each one—even if they're close by. We do this because it takes extra time and effort to portion out and load multiple deliveries separately. We appreciate your understanding!
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE MULCH SPREADING SERVICE?
Let us handle the hard work. We'll deliver your mulch, spread it across your garden beds and around tree trunks at our recommended 3" depth, and clean up when we're done. Sit back and enjoy your freshly mulched landscape.
HOW MUCH MULCH DO I NEED?
First things first, we measure the mulch by the cubic yard. One cubic yard is simply a 3-foot cube—that's 27 cubic feet of mulch.
Whether you're covering a small garden bed or a large area, knowing your cubic yardage makes the ordering process straightforward and ensures you get the right amount delivered to your door.

WHY DO I NEED MULCH IN MY GARDEN BEDS?
To enhance your garden bed and trees, mulch is a game-changer! Here's why our customers love it:
Retains soil moisture, so you'll water less often and save time.
Suppresses weed growth, giving your plants the nutrients they need without competition.
Regulates soil temperature, keeping roots cozy in summer heat and protected in winter cold.
Improves soil structure as it breaks down, naturally enriching your soil with nutrients.
Prevents soil erosion by stabilizing the top layer and protecting your landscape.
Attracts beneficial organisms like earthworms, which work hard to keep your soil healthy and thriving.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO PUT MULCH DOWN?
Spring is the perfect time to mulch! A fresh layer helps keep weeds at bay while giving your plants and flowers the nutrients and moisture they need to thrive as the growing season kicks off.
CAN I PICK UP MY MULCH ORDER?
We've streamlined our service to focus on fast, reliable delivery right to your door. Order online today, and we'll delivery your mulch to you quickly.
